By purchasing a ticket and participating in Pete’s Day Bar Crawl, you acknowledge and agree that Hammer Crawl, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and associated venues are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, damage, loss, or any other incident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are fully responsible for their own actions, behavior, and safety. Hammer Crawl does not assume any responsibility for the conduct of individuals attending the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hammer Crawl, its organizers, and all related parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the event.

By participating in Pete’s Day Bar Crawl, you acknowledge that consuming alcoholic beverages is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly encourage all participants to drink responsibly and be aware of their own limits. Hammer Crawl and its organizers do not condone excessive drinking or any behavior that endangers yourself or others. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and decisions while consuming alcohol during the event. Participants are urged to arrange safe transportation and to never drink and drive. Hammer Crawl reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any participant who appears to be excessively intoxicated or poses a risk to themselves or others.

All ticket sales for Pete’s Day Bar Crawl are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, if you need to exchange merchandise (such as shirt sizes or product types), requests must be made before the order deadline closes. After the deadline, all merchandise orders are final, and no exchanges will be accommodated.

Pete’s Day Bar Crawl is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, wind, or other natural occurrences. Hammer Crawl reserves the right to adjust event plans if necessary, but the event will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise stated by the organizers. Participants acknowledge that weather conditions are outside of the organizers' control and accept the inherent risks of attending an outdoor event.
